The sweetness in sweet pork longanisa comes from the addition of sugar or sometimes pineapple juice. This sweetness contrasts with the savory elements such as garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and various spices used in the marinade.

Our frozen products are shipped with insulation bags and icepacks to help preserve the food while on its way to you every Monday/Tuesday only. But it's not 100% frozen since it will melt while in transit due to temperature.
