Magnolia Sweet Longanisa (Cured Sausage)

It is typically made from ground pork, which includes a combination of lean meat and fat. The sweetness comes from sugar or sometimes pineapple juice, which is mixed with garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, and various spices.

Our frozen products are shipped with insulation bags and icepacks to help preserve the food while on its way to you every Monday/Tuesday only. But it's not 100% frozen since it will melt while in transit due to temperature.
