The milkfish is carefully deboned while keeping the skin intact. This process involves making an incision along the back of the fish and carefully removing the bones, including the ribs and spine, to create a cavity.

Our frozen products are shipped with insulation bags and icepacks to help preserve the food while on its way to you every Monday/Tuesday only. But it's not 100% frozen since it will melt while in transit due to temperature.
