Pork Sisig

The dish is primarily made from parts of pig's head and liver, which are chopped finely and seasoned with calamansi (Filipino lime), soy sauce, vinegar, and chili peppers. It often includes onions and occasionally may be topped with a raw egg.

Our frozen products are shipped with insulation bags and icepacks to help preserve the food while on its way to you every Monday/Tuesday only. But it's not 100% frozen since it will melt while in transit due to temperature.
