The filling is made by sautéing ground pork with garlic, onions, and sometimes carrots, cabbage, or jicama (singkamas). The pork is seasoned with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and other spices to taste. Some recipes also include shrimp or tofu for added texture and flavor.

Our frozen products are shipped with insulation bags and icepacks to help preserve the food while on its way to you every Monday/Tuesday only. But it's not 100% frozen since it will melt while in transit due to temperature.
