Martin's Purefoods Sweet & Smokey Pork Hamonado Sausage

This particular sausage combines sweet and smoky flavors. The sweetness is often derived from sugar or a sweet marinade, possibly influenced by Filipino hamonado style, which involves cooking meat with pineapple or its juice for a sweet and tangy taste. The smokiness can be achieved through the addition of smoked spices or natural smoking process.

Our frozen products are shipped with insulation bags and icepacks to help preserve the food while on its way to you every Monday/Tuesday only. But it's not 100% frozen since it will melt while in transit due to temperature.
