As indicated by the name, this longanisa is sweetened with sugar or sometimes pineapple juice, giving it a distinctive sweet taste. It may also include other seasonings such as garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and various spices that contribute to its flavor profile.

Our frozen products are shipped with insulation bags and icepacks to help preserve the food while on its way to you every Monday/Tuesday only. But it's not 100% frozen since it will melt while in transit due to temperature.
