 True to its name, Martin Purefoods Sweet Pork Longanisa is sweetened with sugar or sometimes pineapple juice. This sweetness contrasts with the savory elements such as garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and other spices that are typically used in Filipino longanisa recipes.

Our frozen products are shipped with insulation bags and icepacks to help preserve the food while on its way to you every Monday/Tuesday only. But it's not 100% frozen since it will melt while in transit due to temperature.
