The sweetness in Lucia Sweet Longanisa comes from the addition of sugar or sometimes pineapple juice, giving it a distinctive taste that sets it apart from other types of Filipino longanisa, which can vary greatly in flavor depending on regional preferences. It's commonly enjoyed as a breakfast food paired with garlic fried rice (sinangag) and eggs (itlog).
Our frozen products are shipped with insulation bags and icepacks to help preserve the food while on its way to you every Monday/Tuesday only. But it's not 100% frozen since it will melt while in transit due to temperature.
