Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made from fermented vegetables, most commonly napa cabbage and Korean radishes, seasoned with various spices and seasonings. It holds a significant place in Korean cuisine and culture, known for its spicy, sour, and umami flavors.

Our frozen products are shipped with insulation bags and icepacks to help preserve the food while on its way to you every Monday/Tuesday only. But it's not 100% frozen since it will melt while in transit due to temperature.
