Grated cassava is a versatile ingredient used in various Asian cuisines, especially in Southeast Asia, where it is a staple in many dishes and desserts. Grated cassava can also be used in savory dishes such as cassava balls, which are deep-fried snacks made by forming grated cassava into balls and frying until golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Our frozen products are shipped with insulation bags and icepacks to help preserve the food while on its way to you every Monday/Tuesday only. But it's not 100% frozen since it will melt while in transit due to temperature.
